So what does the process actually look like?
We start with a simple conversation.
We talk about what you do, who you serve, and what your images actually need to communicate. This is where confusion gets cleared and direction takes shape.
From there, we plan deliberately.
Location, wardrobe, and visual approach are chosen with intention, so nothing feels random or performative. You’ll know what we’re making, and why.
So on shoot day you aren't feeling the anxiety that comes from guessing or wondering.
When the direction is clear, you can just show up...and enjoy creating images that work!

I’m a Seattle-based brand photographer, and every day I work with women who are navigating the real world — not the highlight reel. Women who take their work seriously, who know who they serve, and who want their businesses to reflect something meaningful.
My role isn’t to manufacture a persona or polish you into something you’re not.
It’s to create images that feel honest, grounded, and unmistakably yours — images that support the work you’re already doing.
When I’m not behind the camera, I’m usually planning my next passport stamp or disappearing into the woods somewhere, doing what a proper Pacific Northwesterner does: hike, camp, and reset.
